Why Buy from Sellers RV?

Proudly serving Lloydminster since 1979 with zero pressure, zero hidden fees, and support for the life of your RV.

We want to earn your business when you buy. And keep earning it after you own.

A Dealership Where You're Not Just a Number

We’re a local dealership. That matters.

When you choose a dealership, you’re choosing the people you’ll deal with when you have a question, need a part, need service or need help with your RV.

At Sellers RV Center, we take pride in knowing our customers, earning their trust and building relationships that extend beyond the original purchase.

We’ve been serving the Lloydminster area since 1979. We think that kind of longevity matters.

We want to earn your business when you buy. And keep earning it after you own.

Financing Should Be Straightforward, Too

Your RV. Your financing. Your decision.

Financing shouldn’t feel like a second sales process. We’ll explain the financing options available to you, answer your questions and give you the information you need to make your own decisions.

If additional protection products or options are available, we’ll explain what they are, what they do and what they cost. Then you decide.

No unnecessary pressure. No making a simple purchase feel complicated.

NO DOCUMENTATION FEES. Straightforward should still mean straightforward when it’s time to do the paperwork.

Financing is subject to lender approval. Rates, terms, and optional products vary.

Buying the RV Is Just the Beginning

The dealership you choose becomes more important after you own the RV.

SERVICE – Maintenance, repairs, warranty assistance and experienced people to help keep your RV ready for the road.

PARTS – Whether you’re maintaining, repairing or upgrading your RV, our parts department is here to help you find what you need.

RV CARE – As an RV Care Dealer, Sellers is part of a network of independent dealerships providing additional service and parts support to RV owners while they’re travelling.

Support at home. Added support on the road.

Zero-Pressure Shopping

You should have the time to look. The time to compare. The time to ask questions. And the time to make your decision.

Jon Watson described returning to Sellers several times while deciding which RV was right for him – specifically mentioning the salesperson’s patience and the absence of sales pressure.

That’s how an important purchase should feel. Your RV. Your financing. Your decision.

Look Beyond the Monthly Payment

When financing an RV, make sure you understand more than the payment. Ask about:

  • Selling price
  • Amount financed
  • Interest rate
  • Loan term
  • Payment frequency
  • Trade allowance
  • Trade payoff
  • Optional products
  • Total cost of borrowing

A lower monthly payment can sometimes mean a longer loan.

Always compare the complete financing picture.

Don't Just Take Our Word for It

Some of the best evidence of what makes Sellers different comes from the people who have dealt with us.

“No pressure.”

Jon Watson described returning to Sellers several times while deciding which RV was right for him. In his review, he specifically mentioned the salesperson’s patience and the absence of sales pressure.

That’s how an important purchase should feel. You should have the time to look, compare, ask questions, and make your decision.

Service Years After the Sale

A relationship that doesn’t end when the paperwork is signed.

Russ Lorenz wrote that he purchased his RV from Sellers in 2011 and continued bringing it back for service years later, describing the service he received as exceptional.

That’s what we mean when we say: The sale is only the beginning.

Help When It Really Matters

Sometimes good service isn’t about making a sale. It’s about helping an RV owner get back on the road.

One travelling RV owner described losing a refrigerator vent cover on the highway. According to the customer’s review, Sellers made a temporary cover to protect the opening until the proper replacement could be found.

Other customer reviews describe Sellers troubleshooting an RV problem over the phone, completing a same-day furnace repair and helping travellers with a water-pump problem on a motorhome purchased elsewhere.

That’s the kind of support RV owners remember. Because what happens after the sale says a lot about the dealership that made it.

Compare the Dealership, Too

When you’re shopping for an RV, you’ll probably compare floorplans, features, brands, construction, and price.

We think you should make one more comparison: THE DEALERSHIP.

Ask yourself:

  • Who gives you the time to make your decision?
  • Who explains the purchase and financing clearly?
  • Who will answer when you have a question after delivery?
  • Who will service your RV?
  • Where will you get parts?
  • Who can help with warranty concerns?
  • What happens if you need support while travelling?
  • And is the dealership you buy from today one you’ll want to deal with tomorrow?

Those things aren’t printed on an RV’s window sticker. But they can make an enormous difference to owning one.

What to Watch for When Shopping Other Dealerships

Be an informed buyer – wherever you shop.

We don’t believe customers should simply take a dealership’s word for everything. You should understand the deal, understand the financing, and know what you’re signing. Most dealership employees are simply doing their jobs. But every RV buyer should know how to recognize practices that can make a purchase harder to understand.

Watch for the "Monthly Payment" Trap

A salesperson may ask: “What payment are you looking for?” That’s only one part of the deal.

Instead, ask: “What is the selling price?” Then determine amount financed + interest rate + loan term + total cost of borrowing.

A low payment can sometimes be achieved by extending the loan. Compare the total cost – not just the monthly payment.

Also watch for “It’s only $30 more a month.” An optional product can sound inexpensive as a small payment increase – but $30/month over a long-term loan adds up. Ask for the total price and how much additional interest you’ll pay by financing it.

Watch for Optional Products & "The Package"

You may be offered extended service contracts, tire and wheel protection, appearance protection, theft protection, gap protection, loan protection, maintenance programs, and other products. Some may be useful. Some may not be right for you. Decide for yourself.

If several products are presented together, ask to see each one separately:

  • What does it cost?
  • What does it cover?
  • What isn’t covered?
  • How long does it last?
  • Can I cancel it?
  • Is it refundable?
  • Is it transferable?
  • Is it being financed?
  • How much interest will I pay on it?

Watch for Unexpected Fees

Before signing, ask: “What is the complete selling price, including all dealer charges?”

Don’t compare one dealership’s advertised price with another dealership’s final price. Compare apples to apples.

Sellers RV advertises a No Documentation Fee / No Administration Fee buying experience. Regardless of where you shop, ask for the complete price in writing.

Watch for Trade Confusion

If you’re trading an RV, make sure you understand three separate numbers:

TRADE ALLOWANCE – What the dealership is giving you for your RV.

TRADE PAYOFF – What you still owe your lender.

NEGATIVE EQUITY – The difference if your payoff is greater than your trade value.

Ask exactly how any negative equity is being handled.

Watch for Artificial Urgency

You may hear: “Someone else is coming to look at it.” “This price is only good today.” “You need to decide right now.”

Maybe there really is another buyer. Maybe there really is a deadline. But you still deserve to understand the deal.

Don’t let urgency replace information.

Buying Pre-Owned? Ask Questions.

Before buying a pre-owned RV, ask:

  • Has it had water damage?
  • Has it had accident or collision damage?
  • Has it had insurance claims?
  • What repairs have been performed?
  • Are there known defects?
  • What warranty remains?
  • Have the appliances and major systems been tested?
  • What condition are the roof and seals in?
  • Can I have an inspection performed?
  • Is it being sold as-is?

If you don’t understand the answer, keep asking.

Really appreciate the kind staff at Seller’s RV. Travelling from Edmonton to Saskatchewan we blew a tire on our 5th wheel trailer. It ended up ripping off the propane line for the fridge and stove. Trevor was kind enough to stop what he was doing and cap off the propane, fix a cracked light from the debris that hit it and brace down our wheel well that was now loose. Crisis avoided and onward to dad’s birthday camping celebration at Candle lake! Thanks so much for helping us out with our rough journey today. Much appreciated ❤️

Thank you so much for trying to repair our fridge in our RV when we were passing through last month. Unfortunately you weren't able to fix the fridge , but you were able to diagnose the problem and then didn't charge us for your time! There are a lot of good people in the world and your company has a lot of them. Thanks again. From Cal and Ruth Miller from Comox

We purchased our RV from Sellers in 2011, and the service has been nothing but exceptional ever since. Recently, we replaced the awning, only to get all the way up to lake, and find out it was broken. Sara was amazing and understanding, she had the new parts in my hand first thing Monday morning, wow. Thank you for such amazing customer service!

As soon as we walked into the dealership, all the staff, from sales, finance, and service were all friendly and courteous . Damon and Chris both answered all questions we asked, knew all the trailers in and out and took us through many to make sure we chose the right one that fit our family’s needs. Christopher went through all the financial paperwork and ensured everything was explained. The service team were very helpful with hooking up the hitch and going through how to properly hook the trailer up to the hitch. When they went through all the light checks once it was connected , he noticed one of the running lights were out and without hesitation went back to the shop and within 5 minutes changed the light, it would have cost me another trip, (over 3hrs round trip) to have it replaced or more money if purchase in town. We were also sent a video going through the entire trailer showing us how it worked and also some tips as this was our first trailer. I will certainly recommend Sellers RV to everyone I know who are looking to purchase a RV.
