As soon as we walked into the dealership, all the staff, from sales, finance, and service were all friendly and courteous . Damon and Chris both answered all questions we asked, knew all the trailers in and out and took us through many to make sure we chose the right one that fit our family’s needs. Christopher went through all the financial paperwork and ensured everything was explained. The service team were very helpful with hooking up the hitch and going through how to properly hook the trailer up to the hitch. When they went through all the light checks once it was connected , he noticed one of the running lights were out and without hesitation went back to the shop and within 5 minutes changed the light, it would have cost me another trip, (over 3hrs round trip) to have it replaced or more money if purchase in town. We were also sent a video going through the entire trailer showing us how it worked and also some tips as this was our first trailer. I will certainly recommend Sellers RV to everyone I know who are looking to purchase a RV.
